Yes, but only to strictly necessary fields (name, contact, last consultation reason and date of last contact). We sign a confidentiality agreement and work on your data without storing it outside the environment we agree on with you. We can also work with manual exports if you prefer not to grant direct access.
We adapt to your stack: we integrate with the most common CRM and scheduling tools used in aesthetic and dental clinics. If your system doesn't allow direct integration, we work with periodic exports (CSV/Excel). Initial setup usually takes between 3 and 7 days.
Yes. We operate under PIPEDA (Canada) and apply practices compatible with GDPR and HIPAA-friendly standards. All data handling is documented in a specific contract, data travels encrypted, and the patient always receives an explicit option to stop the conversation.
Mainly WhatsApp and SMS, complemented with email when the patient prefers it. We choose the channel based on the patient's profile and history with the clinic. We never use mass automations — every conversation is reviewed and personalized.
The first conversations begin in the first week after setup, and the first new appointments are usually booked between the second and third week. Cumulative results are evaluated in 30-day cycles, with a detailed report at the end of each month.
We work with tailored proposals based on the size of your inactive patient base, the active channels and the scope of the project. In the diagnosis call (15 min, free of charge) we review the real potential of your base with you and send a concrete proposal within 48 hours.
